HOW TO USE:

1. Put 1-3 drops in your diffuser
2. Put 1-3 drops on your mask, scarf, tissue and inhale
3. Put 1-3 drops on your palms, rub between your palms and do a few deep inhalation
4. Put 1-3 drops on your pillow at night before bed
